One thing to check: go to the 3D Window Settings dialog box, and with 3D Engine set to OpenGL, click on the Options… button. In the OpenGL Options dialog box, see if Textures is checked.

<R>Dear all,

I am working on a project using US Library(downloaded from http://tr.graphisoftus.com) on ArchiCAD 10 Int. The problem is that ArchiCAD is not displaying the textures correctly only the color is applied to the objects but not the image attached.

When I take an elevation with Vectorial 3D hatching its showning perfect. I am in Open GL - Shading mode only while viewing the 3D.

Can someone help?

Thanks in advance,

Srinivas.</R>

Does the texture render properly with either the internal engine or LightWorks? (I assume that you have checked that the material does have a texture associated to it.) Does the texture work when applied to something else?

Srinivas:

Another place to check is your Material Settings. The Vectorial Hatching (which is working in your elevation) is set in one pane, the Texture (which you are missing in your 3D window) is set in the bottom pane. This could also be due to the textures not being in the loaded libraries, in the Textures pane you will see “Not available in loaded libraries”.
