topic offsite with spline tool? in Modeling

<T>howdy

i know that you can draw a shape with the line/ polyline tool and have and have it create multiple offset copies in ever increasing/ decreasing increments... was hoping that that was possible with the spline tool

basically looking to create a smaller "C" within the "C" outline, set exactly 60mm inwards.

anyone know of any quick/ easy way to do this (actually... any way to do this)

OS X... archicad v11

thanks
Easy-peasy.

Use a Line or a Polyline to offset a spline. Looks identical!

(Procedure is - Select Line or Polyline tool [even the Arc/Circle tool works!], click multiple offset button, hold down spacebar to activate Magic wand, click on to spline, select side to offset by moving mouse, then type distance, hit return!)

Hope that helps!
