topic STAIRS IN PLAN in Modeling

<T>guys,

pardon my laziness, but i was wondering how can i show a stair with its handrail in plan view ?

i made a stair using stairmaker, but as always, showing the handrail in plan was either doing it the stair in 3D and the handrail in 2D (in-accurate and an annoyance should there be any changes) or i don't show it at all.

thanks!</T>

You could use StairBuilder by Cadimage. It definitely sucks less than GS's much lamented Stairmaker. Many people here also seem to love Archistair, a tool with which I've never had much truck.

Hello,

I don't know if it is enough suitable for you but you may try to save your
stairs as object and add a PROJECT2 3,270,2 within the 2D script.
Cheers
