The hight of the base of the 3rd story wall... maybe it is below the floor plan cut plane in the 2nd story... Hope it helps. The wall that is highlighted is on the third story but it looks like it is being cut through by the wall below it. The wall also shares a wall with a cool tower right next to it that goes 35' above it.
