i was working on autocad and i have one project, i wanted to create  3D in archicad but i don't know how to make a roof on it.. look at the picture.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>using the Skylight tool you could try creating a 'quick and dirty' solution using the 'Dormer Ox-Eye 10' skylight object?&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
for a more accurate solution that you can pull decent sections from you would need to place multiple roofs and intersect them - being sure to create holes in the original roofs. then use a trimmed-to-roof wall to put the window in.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
one is a visualisation element, the other requires you to build it virtually as you would in reality. the virtual building solution will give you better longer term options but require a thorough knowledge of how it's constructed in order to build it yourself.&lt;BR /&gt;

depends why you're producing the model . . .&lt;BR /&gt;
