The eye dropper matches one object, and assigns all its settings to another.

The preferred method for what you want to do it "Find & Select" all the elements you want to change (perhaps in the 3D window, to access all floors), then make the change to all elements at one time.

This provides you with the ability to change only certain parameters, and to do so more quickly than individually finding and changing each element (assuming you have more than just 2 or 3).

<T>what we are discovering in our office is that the eyedropper/ syringe is of limited utility in changing parameters: most recently, one of us carefully changed the lineweight of the walls of a model, and discovered shorly thereafter that he had simultaneously changed ALL the wall heights to that of the eyedroppered wall. While this was predictable, it was not predicted. What we would like to do is to eyedropper a chosen set of parameters for injection...not the whole suite. Is this at all possible?</T>
