Perhaps I should have explained myself better when I posted my topic.
ArchiCAD is one of my favorite applications and I love to work with it. The other one is Photoshop. They both are extremely user-friendly and can be used for much more than their apparent functions. I myself use ArchiCAD for graphic design - it is one of the best applications for designing company logos, signs and custom design texts. Much better than CorelDraw or Illusttrator! This is the reason I wish for expanding its capabilities with text explosion.

And something else - why not being able to stretch text. Something like Scale Factor in the Text Tool Box?

<T>I wish I could explode text into basic drawing elements.
It is very helpful if you want to make a 3d text in which each letter is below the other.
Every time I need to do this I have to switch to AutoCAD where it is a basic function or to CorelDraw ind then insert the .dxf file back to AC.</T>

You can use the 3d text object / write the text you want/ get a parallel 3d projection / select with the 2d marquee/ copy / paste on your plan
