When you say Layers, do you mean Stories?
If you do, check the Image Menu/"Elements to show in 3D" and specify the which stories you would like to see.

<T>Does anyone have slick way to show just two Stories in the 3d window. Currently I copy the roof framing down to the Story below, then change it to a transparent material, trim the interior bearing walls to the roof and then delete the roof. Also could apply to setting the foundation heights in the 3d window. What if the marquee tool had an option to specify the stories to display in the 3d window?

Thanks</T>
