<T>Have merged a corrupt drawing into a new blank drawing. Everything worked, except for details that were created from s/e windows (other details). Am using AC 11 with latest hotfix.
Anybody know how to recapture those details from the corrupt pln?

Thanks.</T>

Also, when merging layouts, drawing manager indicates layouts come from the plan that was merged, rather than the current open pln that was the merge receiver. How do I change that? I've got 30 sheets and 50 layouts.

Can't check it right now, but I think this would work...

Go into the 'Drawing Manager' dialogue box,
Click on the 'Path' tab along the top to group all the drawings together that were linked to your previous corrupt PLN,
Select all the drawings linked to that PLN,
Click the icon of chain links in the top left corner of the dialogue box,
Browse till you come to the PLN you're currently working in and select that.

Not sure if AC is clever enough to change the link to 'internal' but I think it may be ... It's worth a try.

Use the Organizer to drag them across. Do the same with any Masters that might have been there in the corrupt file.
