YES!!! Thank you. By turning off the suspend groups, that fixed the problem.

<DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"><T>In AC10, I seem to be having trouble moving an xref or module as a whole after I have placed it. Do I need to re-attach it? I'd prefer just to click on a part of it and correct its relation to the model I'm working on. Thanks.</T></DIV>

I cannot say I've had any trouble like this.... is the master layer of the module unlocked? Is Suspend Groups on?

This is after everything is placed and then later after editing the primary model, I realize that the module is a few inches or feet off, so I try to move it, but it won't let me. I've checked the layers, and they are all unlocked. This is a concern because I was reading in the manuals that modules could be a typical element or building construction that references another file that may be edited and updated. If this is true, then why can't I move it?

I would check the Grouping status. That tends to be what stops me from moving modules.
