<T>I have a circle image (logo) that i have tried to attached to the picture frame object, but the image keeps showing the background beyond my image. I've imported the image as a GIF & PNG file. Any help would be appreciated.</T>

So this is going to sound a bit crazy.... The problem I ran into is that there are no corners to align the material to on a round object. I can't even remember what lead me to this solution, but it worked for me... Unfortunately, it was a logo for a client and I don't think I should use it here without permission so I'm going to try to explain it without my original image... In photoshop I cut the image into quadrants and moved them diagonally and re-saved it and created a texture of it... It creates the same texture but changes the origin/image relationship... I think... Anyway I think I was able to align the new image with the center of the circle making the whole thing work correctly... I've attached an image that may make this more clear...

This is when Dwight shows us all a method that makes mine look crazy.....

That seems quite clever when there is no corner to anchor the texture, but it does not address our colleague's problem.

That would have required me to have actually read our colleague's post... Obviously, I'm not clever enough to have done that....

So I assume it cannot be done right yet, maybe in ArchiCAD 12?

I asked you for an image because your words are lacking and i don't feel like writing an essay about all of the possible problems, just a concise answer.

The background won't disappear unless you render it. The OpenGL window will not display the transparency in a texture.
