ArchiCad 9 - "PhotoRendering Settings" not working

Hi ,
When i click on PhotoRendering Settings i dont see the list that i need to input the parameters , and nothing does not opening.
you can see on the picture what i meaning
how i can fix this problem ?

Try to restart Archicad and try it again after.
Also, can you activate other buttons in your menu and toolbar?
It may also be a graphics card driver problem, and you can try installing the latest driver update.

Check in AddOn manager whether your rendering engines are loaded at all.

I do think that re-installation is in order.

Yes, reinstall would also be my recommendation.
Maybe you should do it this way:
1. Export your Work Environment.
2. Uninstall ArchiCAD.
3. Delete all Preferences.
4. Reinstall Archicad.

Deleting Preferences would have the function of not letting the new installation take some setting from Preferences that might be causing this behaviour. Let us know how it goes.
