AC 11 is not supported in Vista. Doing a search on the forums might show some options and solutions. The usual culprit are bad video drivers.

Im a student using the student version of archi 11 on Vista and as soon as i try to see anything in 3d i'll get an error with problems in the Open GL.

Does any one know how to solve this? I have already reinstalled the application and it doesnt work and as i can read it should be no problems in 11 comparing to 10 where it was a knownd problem.
Vista is supported but it must be ultimate, business, or enterprise. ( <LINK_TEXT text="http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archi ... uirements/">http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/system_requirements/</LINK_TEXT> )Video cards/drivers can be a problem though. On my new laptop with vista business, I had to find and download the latest drivers from nvidia in order for opengl to function and crash AC. The drivers that came with the system or were updated through the system utilties did not work.

On my new desktop system with vista ultimate I am having opengl problems as well but I think that's due to multiple video cards as i posted in the hardware section (and am desperately hoping for a solution, three monitors is great!)
