Stretch house?

I have a simple rectangle house in progress with slab floor, walls, and structural beams present. I am looking to adjust the width of a certain section of the house between two columns. Can I use the marquee tool to stretch the house along an axis so that i can change one bay from 14' span to 16' span without having to go in to the walls, beams, and floor slab individually to change them?

basically i am just changing this dimension from 14 to 16 feet

Yes. The heavy marquee will do all stories, the light marquee just the one you are on.

Be sure to:
-Turn off any layers you don't want affected
-make sure grouping is suspended

- unlock all the layers that you do want affected

Turn off Grouping
