create a normal wall

select it

extras>accessories>wall accessories: canted wall

you can't delete the 'parent' wall as the canted wall is defendant on it and will be deleted too. you can make the parent disappear by giving it a 100% transparent material, white pen outline and empty fill

if the parent wall has door/window openings then the canted wall will inherit them

doors and windows can be offset from the parent wall into the canted wall but will always be vertical

editing the parent wall should update the canted wall but it can be a bit flakey

the canted wall parameters can be edited with the object tool settings

You may also put the parent wall on a different layer and hide the layer if no doors or windows are associated with it. If there were, you could save a few windows as objects, tilt them and place them in empty holes in the canted wall... or you could use the canted curtain wall library part (with the Object tool active go to the window section of the ArchiCAD library and you will find them).
