      <description>That &lt;B&gt;R04&lt;/B&gt; is the ID of the unhappy element, likely a roof. You can find it with find and select. If there's more than one with that ID, you'll want to give all of those unique IDs, then get the report again to isolate it.</description>

Thanks a mil. it did it. Interesting enough that Find and Select is case sensitive when searching for an ID!? &lt;BR /&gt;
