      <title>AC 11 (1210) Crashes older 11 builds</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;When trying to open 3 different (simple) .pln files that were fine in 11(1112) and (1114), now crash with build 1210&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
New files created in 1114 or 1210 have no problems,(yet).&lt;BR /&gt;
Other .pln files created in previous builds of 11 ok.&lt;BR /&gt;
No changes to system. Virus scans shows clear.&lt;BR /&gt;
GSBug reports auto-created and sent.&lt;BR /&gt;
Anyone else with this screwy behavior??&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
But of the few bug reports &lt;BR /&gt;
I've sent, of different crashes,never a word back,&lt;BR /&gt;
about bug reports, even with paying for "extended" &lt;BR /&gt;
tech support or whatever they call it.&lt;BR /&gt;
So not holding my breath.&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

My reseller has been great about other things,&lt;BR /&gt;
but the extra hassle of that did not get me any&lt;BR /&gt;
further along when I tried that a while back on &lt;BR /&gt;
other bug-crash.&lt;BR /&gt;
Would be best if GS contacted directly.&lt;BR /&gt;
System of going through reseller is archaic.</description>

Every country has different ways of obtaining support.  In the US, contacting your reseller is a good idea, but it does not preclude you from filing a report directly with GS US tech support via their web form, or phoning their 800 number.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
ArchiPlus is supposed to give priority support via the reseller, but if you're not getting an answer, try going direct.  Go to:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;A href="http://tr.graphisoftus.com/" target="_blank"&gt;http://tr.graphisoftus.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
and click the 'Contact Us' link on the left.&lt;BR /&gt;
