AC10 menu rollout error

Hello all, I have a demo version of archicad 10 and i am having a problem with the menu tabs and library objects preview.
The attached image shows the rollout tab being blank when i click on it, this is for all the pop up tools.
I am not sure if my description makes sense but i have attached image to show.

I had seen another thread in the last week or so related to this same problem but can't recall the outcome. You might do a quick search of the archives and see if you can find a resolution. I think it had something to do with a beta version, but I can't be sure.
