ArchiCAD 10 - WOW ! but still with 3D red coloration

I was hoping that this problem would go away with the new AC 10, but unfortunately it has not. My perspectives all have a magenta/red glow, in eigher open GL or LightWorks (fortunately not with the Internal Engine).
The sun setting in the Perspectgive Settings shows a abig red ball...
The Material Wettings have been reset to pure white and still the red prevails....any ideas for the way to clear it up...?

Your galactic coordinates are not correct. Archicad thinks you are on Superman's home world of Krypton, which has a red sun.

OK we are not coordinated into this world...so...How do I tell this silver box how to set itself correctly ?

Is your Sunlight Color and your Ambient Light Color set to White? If not double-click on the color swatches and change them.

White's not the best color (just ask Dwight), but it will be a start.

You've had this problem before? I've never encountered it.

Maybe remove your rose-colored spectacles.

Or check the Sun and Ambient light colours in the 3D projection settings.

Make sure that not only the city is correctly set (in the 3D menu), but also the planet, looks like Mars.

The problem could be that your location is set to Miami in the 1980's.

More seriously...

You may be able to do a Q&D fix (you say the internal engine is rendering the scene OK) by opening the materials settings and set the LightWorks settings to match the internal engine (there is a button for this).

Getting OpenGL to look OK is harder (well... maybe impossible).
