I would be guessing that your areas and perimeters are being rounded up.&lt;BR /&gt;
Not sure if this is a zone stamp setting or a preference setting for decimals.&lt;BR /&gt;

I think you forgot the two sections of the walls where the wall goes from being double wide to the narrower section that the door sits in. &lt;BR /&gt;
 &lt;BR /&gt;
Try turning on the zone color under  &lt;BR /&gt;
   OPTION, &lt;BR /&gt;
     DISPLAY OPTIONS &lt;BR /&gt;
       OPTIONS FOR DISPLAY AND OUTPUT &lt;BR /&gt;
           ZONE POLYGONS : 'Over the Fills' &lt;BR /&gt;
See attached.
