I don't think there's much more you can do than that, except for deleting possible problem elements, or merging it into a new project.

I've heard that it has something to do with where the file is saved on your hard drive, but I can't comment on how accurate that is.

<T>Hi Everybody.
I'm working with Archicad since 6.5 version, now have Archicad11 in office and warning message appears FILE CONSISTENCY ERROR - with opportunity to FORCE QUIT, SAVE ANYWAY, DON'T SAVE. Archicad and libraries I have updated. I don't want to see it anymore, don't know what's wrong, want to avoid it. Please, have you any idea? Thank you. Kind regards Tomas</T>

There are old answers, no solutions. What I have done-I save it anyway, made backup and continued -and it's OK.
