(these are keypad + and -)<BR /> <BR /> Now in 10 I have the shortcuts set the same way but there is a conflict and control shift + or - moves me up or down a story just as control + or - does. I checked my shortcuts they are set the way I want them to work but it seems like if the control key is pressed the shift key is not recognized. And on top of it all, Option shift + Option shift - work as their control shift counterparts should even though they are not set up to be a shortcut to anything.<BR /> <BR /> I realize I could change them but they are so automatic it makes my brain hurt to think about it.<BR /> <BR /> Is this a bug or by design?
