sorry to bother you! It works perfect, but the problem is I don't know how to use the GDL object that I just create. I can open the GDL from the project that I am working on, but I have problem to use it as library part. Could you show me again how to use it? You can save it &lt;BR /&gt;
1. from a side view as a gdl object (file/gdl objects/save selection as) or you can save it &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
2. as a gdl object in the floor plan using the same path and completing the GDL 3d script with: roty 90 (written in the first line of the script)&lt;BR /&gt;
and replacing the 2d script with: project2 3, 270, 2 &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

Take a look at FrameWright - it includes tools to quickly make objects with custom profiles and rotate and cut them freely in 3D.&lt;BR /&gt;

I'm a little late with my answer but unfortunately I can neither help you &lt;BR /&gt;
(I don't know if it's possible in Archicad) because  I make my renderings in 3dsMax &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

If you saved it in a folder which is added in the library manager to your library folders you have to be able to use it as a library part.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You do not have to open it until you don't want to change the GDL script&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
