<T>Just wondering if anyone forsees any problem loading AC8.1v2 on my new iMac with OSX10.4? I know that V10 "runs native" on the new Mac-tel, but what about good old 8.1?

Any info would be appreciated - Thanks!</T>

AC9 seems to run fine on the Mactel machines (in emulation and not officially supported), but I haven't seen or heard anything about 8.1. It should probably work and there should be no harm in trying (work on copies of files first just to be safe) but the best plan would be to upgrade to AC10. It is worth it for just the feature <S></S>or<E></E> the performance improvements - of course you get both.
