W Double Hung label location not in correct position

I just started using AC version 11 and have found that with the window object W Double Hung (and others I've tried as well) that the window label tends to overlap the wall a bit and I don't see where I can offeset it out a bit more. There used to be a setting for that. Am I missing something? How can I move it away form the wall a bit. For the label I am using the Builder Dimension 11.

(Archicad version 11 for PowerMac)

You should be able to drag it around using the stretch pet pallete option.
