Something like Column Grid Indicat_NCS 10?
make a text symbol?

<T>This started as me trying to make labels for my gridlines, stating what they were measuring. I wanted it to be a symbol so it would show up on every plan and if it changed, I wouldn't have to go through and change it on every plan. Basically so it would function like the gridline symbol. Is there a way to convert some text so that it shows up on every floor but is still editable?</T>

Currently, Text (as well as other 2D entities) doesn't have the ability to be viewed on multiple Stories. You will need to use an Object with a text parameter.
