      <title>AC10 drawings freeze in LAYOUT</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;in AC10, placed drawings on a layout are frozen once placed there. They aren't locked. You simply cannot select them or modify them. The only single option is to go to EDIT, SELECT ALL, and then hit delete. You cannot drag, stretch, etc.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
This showed up recently and has occurred ever time this one project is opened since then. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Any thoughts?&lt;/T&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
