3D "Align Views" Photo + AC

Is there a COMPLETE set of instructions for the "Aligh Image" settings. I have spend all day and still get 4 phots as a background with an appropriatly alined 3D image. IE: an unusable effort. I used both - ArchiCAD 9 Reference Guide and Archiguided archive for Align View.

It's probably a combination of render window size, background image size and resolution (dpi) and scale. See attached.

Thanks Stuart.....
However I must still be missing atleast one bit of information, because it was even worse this time with upt to 6 copies of the backgrouond photo and no allignment tither.....Dwight must have something in his recommendation to forget it....However, this is for presentation to the Planning Commission and in California views are a legal concern as therefore so is the accuracy of my presentation.

Photographic distortions make the tool inaccurate. Especially exterior views without proper scale references.

For ArchiCADdicts seeking to learn the tool, start with an image of a rendered interior space made in ArchiCAD.

Follow the instructions and use the tool to place a second camera to match the first one. See how close you can come.....
