AC 10 Window Error

Hi everyone,

Were having a problem here at our office with the windows in AC 10. It doesn't always happen but when we go to drop windows into some of our projects we get this error message (see attachment).

It's happening in new AC 10 projects. Also it's happened to more than one of us. It's happened on normal walls and profiled walls both.

Does anyone know what's causing this, and if so how can we fix it.

had this problem before, or quite similar error. I was inserting windows with no casing. Actually, what I was doing was making the size of the casing 0", but still had the casing turned on. Once I turned the casing off, the error disappeared.

It seems pretty strange to me, but the wall type was set to "Stud Wall w/ Siding". I changed it to just a "Stud Wall" and the window now works. I still don't entirely understand what's going on here. But it's working for now.
