Perspective View Problem

Im getting a problem in my perspective view of my 3d model at current and have no idea how to solve this problem as it has never happened before.

If i enter 3d perspective mode and use the walkabout tool..i'm able to see one side of my building perfectly..yet as i gradually move round the building in walkabout mode towards the south elevation of the building the view simply vanishes...this isnt a problem with relocating the view point in 3d perspective settings as i can see the one side of the building without any problems...yet does anyone know whats happening with this when the building simply vanishes at the other side?
