You must be more precise about what you want. Dascribe it in more detail or try your best to get the result you seek and post the results. I don't have time to explain all the the things I can imagine that you might want to know.

If I understand you correctly, the best way is probably to overlay a top down 3D rendered view with the 2D plan view.

Post an example of what you want, I cannot guess what you want to achieve.. The last autocad render that I did was in '96 if it is something like that then try using Fills.

???

What is wrong with using Archicad's regular tools (Walls, Slabs, Doors, etc.) to draw it?

Have you done the tutorials?

I'm confused as well.

What you have shown there is a normal floor plan. There is nothing rendered about it.

As Eduado says, -draw your walls / slabs / doors on the floor plan on the correct storey.
-Create a view of that storey with the correct settings. (Layer combination, pens, scale, model view options etc)
-Place this view on a layout.
-Print.

This is a simplified version of what to do. For the full details read the section on 'Documentation' in the reference guide (p269 onwards) found under the 'Help' menu in ArchiCAD.

Although it sounds like it would be hugely beneficial to you to start at page 1, with the greatest respect. This is very basic stuff.

Good luck!

You should consider talking with your reseller, these questions are easy to answer sitting down with someone that knows the software.
