Manual Rebuild not adding new bits

Am I doing something wrong, or is "Rebuild from Model" supposed to update Manual rebuild sections from the model or not?

I have had the same problem using manual rebuild sections, for me it seemed to rebuild properly only about half of the time (if that). I gave up on using that feature and just left them auto rebuild, a bit of a pain if I only moved an element that is not even visible in the elevation, but at least it is updated.

Wonder if it's a Mac thing? Tried it several times on my PC and it worked every time.

If so, it's not a global Mac thing. Ours have been rebuilding just fine.
