    <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;When I try to do a label with a tag ( a square or circle with id text inside)&lt;BR /&gt;
The tool does not draw the arrow line  (leader) nor the pointer. It only draws the tag. But if I label with text it draws everything: the arrow line and the text. I wonder what Im doing wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I think this is a bug. The workaround I have found is to start the label with text and after it is drawn, change it to another label. Then it would be drawn correctly.</description>

      <description>I realize that this thread is 4 years old (!) ... I came across it because I ran into the same situation of not getting a leader for symbolic independent labels.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
GS support kindly pointed me to the checkbox shown in the attached screenshot, which I had long forgotten existed.  If there is no check for 'Use symbol arrow', then the Label Tool will draw the leader.  If it is checked, then there will only be a leader/arrow if one is scripted as part of the selected library part.&lt;BR /&gt;
