<T>what did i do wrong if all of the sudden i switch to a generic perspective view and there is nothing there, even after zooming all. everything is fine in axonometric, but nothing in perspective...</T>

It may not be a defined camera in your navigator, but a perspective view is always based on a camera, even a "generic" one. Turn on your Navigator Preview Palette and you will be able to see where it is pointing.

With regard to perspective issues:

From the Plan view of your model (with model visible on screen) got to View> 3D view mode> 3D projection settings. If it comes up with parellel projection settings, click on Perspective Settings button. In the plan view on the left - Shift-click to place camera, Alt-click to place target. This places a virtual camera, not an actual camera as you would with the Camera tool. Make sure Camera Z and Target Z are similar (or even make them the same) or you may be looking up or down without seeing your model. Click OK and go to 3D view (if not set to do that automatically). Ta Da.

As for section view, I would suggest checking layers, and "rebuild from model".
