<T>Hi,

I have a problem with drafting walls or roofs. At the beginning, there is no problem, but after some time, some contour lines start to break and show missing gaps. When I delete the hash of the wall, the contour line is ok again. Switching it on, the problem shows up again. Tried everything, the only help i found is to redraw the wall or the roof. I use Archicad 8.1 for Macintosh MACOSX 10.3.5.

Can anybody give me some help ??????</T>

Not quite sure what the problem is. Can you post a picture of the problem 'contours'?
Are you stacking elements one on top of another along the same reference line?
Perhaps it is the "Display Order' that you need to address?

Need more information to help you.

Lucas I get this problem all the time.

Do you use the layer preference numbers. If you set your exterior walls to a 3 for example, and have interior walls also set to 3, but interior walls are turned off, the exterior wall will show a gap where the interior wall joins even though the layer is turned off.

Hope this helps.
What about "Rebuild?"
Does this solve it?
What machine and video card do you use?
Zoom in or out a notch... what happens?

Thank you all, it seems you have resolved my problem. I had several layers in the same intersection group, some switched on, some switched off.

Thanks!
