<T>Hi Guys
ac 1114 I use and just cannot get Materials to work 1:1 with bitmap. The attached file should create 3 dark rows of tiles only. Could anyone show me where I am going wrong?
Regards
General Procedure -

-Put the texture in a loaded library.
-Reload the libraries.
-Go to the list of materials and duplicate an existing material.
-Change the texture to the new one, and edit the dimensions to the correct size.
-Adjust other settings (reflection etc)
-Press 'Match with Internal Engine' in Lightworks settings. Tweak if necessary.
-The material should now render in a similar way to how it displays in the opengl window.

If you have got the tile texture displaying at the right size when you render in lightworks, but not in the right position on the wall you will need to use the 'Align 3D Texture' under the design menu. See help menu for more details. Also check you haven't got the 'random origin' setting checked in the material settings.

If you still have problems show a screen shot of your settings.

Hope that helps.

<E>🙂</E> Thank you
I can see where I was going wrong by not adding into an actual loaded library.
Best
