i would like draw mansard roof . building has got shape quadrangle shapeless so wall has got changeable high. how do it?

The PolyRoof construction method of the Roof Tool may be what you are looking for.
Check the Manual for its description.

In general: do two single plane roofs, make the gable walls as high as the roof ridge, trim the walls to roofs. That's it.
