1) Defaulting to a PLN (?) and 2) "ADM file not found

We use AC-10 Teamwork with PLP on a Server and 10 terminals on it.

We've been having the following two problems recently:

1) When signing out of a Teamwork project, AC-10 closes the PLC, which we verify on the project sharing dialog, and it shows as as signed-out.

After logging out the PLC, AC-10 'automatically' creates a PLN (?) file on the individual desktop, with full access to everything.

From this new PLN it is not possible to send&receive, but people have been confused and started working on the PLN, having to module-in their work later, and of course unable to see updates from the main file (PLP)

2) Also on Teamwork. At signing-in, a dialog comes up "Can't find the ADM file, please find manually".
When locating the file manually, the ADM file is grayed-out, therefore not selectable, and then AC crashes.

On another terminal, this same file (PLP) shows the same "can' find ADM...) dialog, but here AC doesn't crash. The Team mate gets out of AC completely, then attempts to sign-in and then it works !

In fact a few variations of these situation have happened recently with other files in AC-10, all related to the "can't find ADM...) dialog.

Oh, we've tried making a completely new Teamwork file (re-sharing), to no avail.

Will very much appreciate any insight into what might be causing these anomalies, which of course happen prior to important deadlines !
