<T>I have purchased and used archiCAD since 1999 and have subscribed until now.
I lost my key 20 days ago, tried hard to find it, and have now contacted my ArchiCAD support team, who suggested I should buy another because it was not stolen but lost (our yearly contract refers only to stolen keys).
I have browsed the net and found out that graphisoft policy includes both lost and stolen key replacement.
Any suggestions?</T>

Copy/paste that and send it to your reseller. If they are not receptive, call a different reseller.

So You prefer the disk "virus" way of protection used by Autode$k?

There is another product widely used by Archicad users which uses serial protection and some hardware linking to it - and You cannot imagine how problematic can it become...so I wish it had a dongle so I could move with the job to the other computer right a way just by pluging in the dongle as I can do with AC!!!

Best Regards,
Call it what you want, I like having one key to share between my three computers. That would be a LOT LOT LOT more expensive to do otherwise.
