An SEO is about as easy as it gets, but another way would be to use a polygon marquee to cut the beam where you want, show the beam in a 3D window, and save from there as a GDL object.

How can I do that?
I haven't used Cad Image's Profiler, but you can achieve that result using Solid Element Operation. Create an operator (a slab for example) which you use to cut the end of the beam. Then place the operator on a hidden layer (don't delete it). And that should do it.

Hi Srinivas,

Unfortunately, the current version of our 3D profiler is not able to handle the concave angle you are referring to. It is a good idea though so we have put it onto our wishlist for future releases.
Until then, please use the workarounds suggested by adytc and Richard Morrison.
