Click on the File menu in ArchiCAD. When you press the option key the top selection should change from "New" to New & Reset All". It works for me.

How to "New and Reset" on a Mac?

<R>I can't open a project file using the "New and Reset" feature that I"ve read about. I'm wanting to reset my Fills and Materials to their default index numbers per Link's recommendation elsewhere in this forum.

The AC Help file says: "If you press Alt (Opt) key when choosing the New command, its name changes to New and Reset All and ArchiCAD will automatically use the default project settings."

On my (AC11 on) Mac platform, I'm not getting any "new and reset" option when I either 1)Create a new project, or 2)Open a Project, while holding down any of the modifier keys.

Thanks for your reply... </R>

Ah yes! wonderful.

I had been trying things from the "launch" window instead.

Thanks Matthew.
