yep, make sure under the floor plan and section tab/ symbol & outline you've enabled the use object's pens.

yes but this way dont i have to choose my window's pen by the parametres 2d presentation and not from the floor plan and section?

Yes, you would. (It's usually the preferred way anyway, since you get more control over the pens)
