Any1 having problems running AC10 on Mac w/ Intel processors

Is anyone having problems running AC10 on Mac w/ Intel processors? ...

Aside from having to order an AC10 install CD for Intel Macs ....

Are there any other issues I should know about before installing AC10 on my Intel Mac Quad Xeon 64 bit? ...

In general it is working fine. There are however a few bugs. A search of the forum should link you to the topics. They seem to be mainly text handling issues.

The text issues mentioned by Brad can be major, especially if you will have either a non intel Mac or a PC using the same files.

It runs really well, but the font problems really blow.

Yes, we have some problems with the fonts sizes with files creted with Archicad9 on Mac/PPC and opened with Archicad9 or 10 on Mac/Intel.

The same file opened with Archicad10 on Mac/PPC.
No problem

There is just one thing to precise. All the font used in this exemple on AC9 or AC10 Mac/PPC take the capitral letter as reference for the 10mm size exept the MetaCorr ???

Here is the same file creted on AC9 Mac/PPC but opened with AC9 on Mac/Intel. There is a problem with the MetaCorr font who seems to take (approximatively) the capital letter for the 10mm size !!!

Always the same file creted with AC9 on Mac/PPC but opened with AC10 on Mac/Intel. We can see with the green mark the difference with the fonts sizes...

I precise that for the Mac/Intel we install the latest version of AC10 for Intel(Build 1010 in french), and that we have this problem not only on one computer but on all our Mac/Intel (4 Imac, 1 MacPro and 1 MacBook Pro).

We don't have any problem with those fonts on others soft as Word, excel or photoshop. It's only with Archicad !!!

We contact our Archicad distributor who send to Graphisoft a Bug Report.
