How does one change the size of the redlining clouds included in the library? It has no stretch option when the palette comes up, and the size won't change when new values are given in the size parameters?

I've got two clouds in my AC 9 Library: one is called "Cloud Rectangle" ... and it will stretch. The other is "Redline Cloud Rect" ...it doesn't stretch. Both are in the Graphic symbols folder.
