    <description>You could use a circular column and place a basic shapes cone object&lt;BR /&gt;
under it (you can truncate the cone).&lt;BR /&gt;
Making a bell column using complex profiles applied to the column tool &lt;BR /&gt;
might be possible but the above method is quick.&lt;BR /&gt;
You could also use Profiler as you would to make a profiled column&lt;BR /&gt;
if your bell is more complex than a simple cone.&lt;BR /&gt;
