circle tool's hotspots... rotation ability?

in v9 when a circle was rotated, it's 'hotspots' (for lack of a better definition, hope u know what i mean) where also rotated. i found that extremely useful but unfortunately it seems to have disappeared from v10. is there an option somewhere that i can turn on? or is it really gone?? (in which case i 'll run and add it on the wish list)

That's curious. I don't recall seeing that in 9. I know it wasn't that way in earlier versions, the hotspots always remained on axis regardless of rotation.

it was introduced in 9.
then they seem to have taken it away...

Christina, you are are correct.
But as with segmented section lines, GS have these mysterious surveys where they decide to change things seemingly without good reason.
