<T>I want to change the shape of my wall. I am not referring to the wall profile, but the shape. Like if I wanted to make the wall slope at an angle or punch a hole through it. How do I do this?</T>

Check out the various options for walls at the top of the wall settings dialogue.

1st row of icons is reference line orientation

2nd row - straight wall, trapezoid, polygon plan shape

3rd row - vertical, sloping, double sloping, custom profile

For openings use door or window tool, select the "empty opening" option if you don't want a frame etc.

Also, you must TRIM walls to roofs to have their tops (or bottoms) slope. You can also use SEO's to cut them into funky shapes. Generally walls are boxy to start with.
