TOOLBOX LOST

hi i seem to have lost a tool box which gives you all the options for a particular tool, in this case i'm wanting to create a fill but am stuck on the rectangular selection component and have no choice of making my own freeform, or the angled rectangular form. where can i find the on screen toolbar to give me the options for whichever tool i am using?

Seems like you have accidentally turned off your INFO BOX.
WINDOW menu > PALETTES > INFO BOX.

Or re-apply your work environment.
This will restore the default location of all the palettes and tool boxes as well as all the other Archicad settings.
