topic Door Swing - Curved to Straight in Modeling

<T>I have looked through the forum and haven't discovered the problem i am having. I know I could do it in earlier versions of ArchiCAD but I can't find it now.

My problem:
I am working on a renovation and need to show my existing door swings as straight lines... Can you do this in ArchiCAD 14 or do I have to go back to another door object from an earlier version? Which version would it be?

Thanks in advance.</T>

I think you'll find door swings are now controlled by Model View Options, making it impossible* to show both arcs and straight lines. A mistake, in my opinion, and one I thought they might have corrected in AC14.

* Please correct me if I am wrong

You can do this in 14. You need to set the door's 2D Opening to "override model view options" then you can select either straight or curved for the swing line (using the ArchiCAD 14 library).
