Yes.&lt;BR /&gt;
The marquee tool.&lt;BR /&gt;
The thin marquee for a single storey (the one you place it on).&lt;BR /&gt;
Or the thick marquee for all stories.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Place marquee in plan then right mouse click and choose "Show selection/marquee in 3D"&lt;BR /&gt;

In addition to Barry's advice, you can select any items (for example with the Arrow Tool) and and choose "Show selection/marquee in 3D". The Marquee will cut elements, the Arrow will not.&lt;BR /&gt;
